The payment methods for Resta24.fi online store include bank and credit card, online banking, advance invoice via email, and e-invoicing for contract customers. If the customer chooses advance invoice via email as the payment method, the ordered goods will be packed and dispatched once the payment is visible in our account. For e-invoicing with contract customers, credit control checks the buyer's credit information and authorizes the shipment.

When choosing advance invoice via email as the payment method, depending on the payment bank, the delivery may be delayed by approximately 3 business days compared to payments made with bank and credit cards.

When paying with advance invoice via email, Resta24 does not send a separate invoice; instead, the invoice can be printed through the link provided in the order confirmation under 'order documents, print invoice.' For payments with bank and credit cards, you will receive a receipt for your accounting along with the order confirmation.

E-invoicing reminder period is 8 days. Late payment interest is 8%, and collection costs are fully charged. Ropo Capital handles the collection, and the collection costs depend on the final amount of the invoiced sum.
